Meet Meagan

Our Creative Director and Event Planning Guru. With a background in event coordination, marketing and fashion, Meagan curates designs to tailor visions to each clients unique style. Her commitment to flawless execution, from concept to completion, reflects the precision she brings to every detail. Meagan infuses events with creativity and vision, ensuring a unique and personalized experience.

Meet Rosalie

Our Operations Director and Sales Manager. Rosie is a pivotal player in our seamless celebrations. Bringing a blend of sales and project management expertise, Rosalie transforms vendor transactions into collaborative partnerships. Her skill shines in orchestrating worry-free timelines and building meaningful relationships with both vendors and clients. Rosalie ensures the smooth and efficient execution of every aspect of your event, focusing on precision and operational excellence.

Pragma Packages

Day of Coordination

Includes unlimited email and phone correspondence in the four weeks leading up to your wedding


Planning meeting (up to 2 hours) to review all of the final details (itinerary, timelines, menu, venue logistics, floor plan, vendors, etc)


Up to 10-hours of service the day of the wedding (extra hours available at extra cost) with two lead planners


Assistance in the creation and management of itinerary & agenda


Includes day of set up & styling (including receiving table, table decor, signage, seating chart etc)


Coordination and management of all vendors, ceremony processional, reception entrance, meal service, hired entertainment, speeches, etc on the day of the wedding

Assist with sourcing all vendors (decor, rentals, cake, stationary, photography, videography, floral, etc). This includes review of contract. This does not include presence at vendor appointments.


Creation of wedding workbook, which will include checklists and timelines, budget management document and itinerary

Day of Set up & Styling

Have your event planned but just need someone to set up for you on the day of? We will set up everything from decor, to florals, to desserts. Everything will look exactly as you envisioned it and you’ll get to enjoy your event stress-free.

Includes 3-hours of day of set up & styling (including decor, tables, chairs, backdrop, cake etc)


Coordination and Management of all vendors and deliveries


Extra hours are available at an additional cost

Special Events

Turning your vision into a reality. We offer full coordination and event design for any events including but not limited to birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, gender reveals, anniversaries and engagement parties. We work diligently to ensure your celebration is enjoyable and runs smoothly.


Our list of services include:


Planning the event's theme, setting and overall design, including decorations and entertainment


3 consultations


Unlimited phone and email correspondence for up to 4 months


Creation of schedule for the event;

Creation of floor plans of the event space;

Includes day of set up & styling (including receiving table, table decor, signage, seating chart etc)


Vendor selection and coordination; and

Attendance for up to 3 hours on the day of the event



$1500 for under 40 guests

$2000 for over 40 guests

Can I customize the wedding planning packages to suit my needs?

Absolutely! Our wedding planning packages are flexible, allowing you to customize elements based on your preferences and budget. We work closely with you to create a personalized experience that aligns with your vision.

How early should I book your services for my wedding?

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your preferred date and ensure ample time for planning. However, if our date is available, we are more than happy to accommodate last minute requests.

What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?

A venue coordinator works for your venue, whereas a wedding coordinator works for you. The venue coordinator manages things pertaining to the venue and your contract - site plans, food choices and scheduling. Your wedding planner will manage your itinerary, vendors, photos, guests, etc.
